These Terms and Conditions, plus Order Confirmation or Invoice constitute the Contract for the purchase of TACTICO WATCHES (“Goods”, “Timepieces”, “watches”) between Compañía Relojera Especializada Para Actividades Subacuáticas S.L. (“we”, “us”, “our”), through any of his sales channels, such as trade fairs worldwide, watch fórums, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email or CREPAS WATCHES website www.tacticowatches.com (“site”, “website”) and the customer (“you”, “user”).

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by updating the terms shown on this website. It is your responsibility to review the website terms each time you enter the website to ensure you are aware of our latest terms and conditions. Your use of this website after a change has been made signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this site. By using this site, for viewing products or placing an order, you signify your assent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use the site.

To make a Purchase or access the Services, you will need to register an Account by providing the information requested on the Website (including full name, address, email address, phone number) selecting a username and creating a password, setting your privacy settings.

You may grant access to your Account to a third party (such as, your spouse, partner or personal assistance). However, you are solely responsible for the use of your Account, irrespective of who is utilising it, whether with or without your permission.

After completing an order, a customer can enter in their Online Customer Account to check the status of their order, or track the shipping (if available by the shipping company).

User account information can be updated at anytime, except country of delivery. If goods have to be delivered in a different country than stated in the original order, notify us the change by email to info@tacticowatches.com.

You may place an Order on our Website by choosing and configuring the selected Goods for the indicated prices. In order to place an Order, you will be requested to provide your personal details, such as your full name, phone number, email address and other requested information.

We accept Pre-Orders of any Goods shown on our Website, and shall inform you of expected delivery date. Goods made available for Pre-Orders may be subject to change. We shall endeavour to notify you of any such change by email or other means, and offer you a suitable alternative.

We remind you that once an order is placed, the Terms and Conditions are agreed and accepted by the customer.

Prices of the Goods shown on our Website are in Euro, and transactions will also be processed in Euros. We might show alternative currencies as additional information to our customers, but prices in alternative currencies to Euro are not binding. We are not responsible for currency fluctuations and we shall not bear the costs of price differences towards Euro.

All prices for the Products or Services are specified exclusive of VAT and subject to change at any time. Applicable taxes, if any, would be calculated at checkout when you specify your delivery address. Delivery costs are not included, unless stated during the checkout process, and shall be charged separately, if any.

Prices are exclusive of Spanish VAT (21%), and exclusive of surcharges, if any, levied on Goods delivered outside the EU. VAT will only be applied to final EU customers.

Exportations (sales to final customers outside European Union) will be levied of Spanish VAT. Non-EU customers may need to pay import duties upon receipt of the Products. You will be responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties that are not included. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your Order.

The price breakdown will be displayed after your shipping details have been entered. The total price of your purchase will be indicated in the Order Confirmation and on the Invoice. Prices and surcharges are subject to change without notice but correct as displayed at the time of input.

Payment shall be made in full and in advance, as shown on our Website, in Euro. You shall pay for the Goods by the methods of payment as may be displayed on our Website. We accept cards, payment via PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

We will not supply and ship your Goods until payment has been settled in full.

We hold no responsibility for any currency fluctuations or price changes to the Products in your ‘SHOPPING BASKET’. You pay the price as updated and applied at the time of clicking ‘ORDER NOW’.

Any delivery and shipping times specified by us on the Website or on the Invoice are approximate only, but we will exercise reasonable endeavours to comply with our estimated delivery times. Due to the artisan nature of our products, delays in delivery may occur and no order can be cancelled or refunded for late delivery.

World wide shipping costs for customers is free of charge using an International Carrier. This does not include import taxes, custom duties, VAT taxes or additional charges that might be incurred when shipping the goods, which shall be covered by the customer.

All other shipments use carrier delivery for maximum security and tracking.

Due to the tailor-made nature of our timepieces, there will be no refund or exchange of any advanced payment or full payment by the customer, for his cancellation or return of any order or product.

In the case of malfunction, goods can be returned for servicing. Goods must be returned in its original packaging. You will be required to ensure the Goods are packaged securely and protected in transit. Shipping costs will be covered by the sender. We do not accept liability for Goods that are not returned via the shipping method specified by us. The customer must bear costs for shipping the timepiece to us.

Before sending any timepiece to us, contact us to info@crepaswatches.com for detailed instructions about how to send us back any timepiece.

By placing an Order, you agree and understand that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order for the purposes of processing your Order.

We will use our best endeavour to ensure that such data is kept secure at all times and to protect your personal data from third unauthorised parties. However, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore we shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of our Website and any information or personal data provided to or taken from our Website by you. Personal data provided via our Website may be used by us to advise of, offer and supply goods and services, and for marketing purposes directly relating to us. We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where we reasonably consider it necessary to prevent fraud and to comply with law.

To help ensure your online shopping experience is safe we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures any data you send us is encrypted and protected. When SSL is enabled you will see a padlock on the top of your browser window. The URL will begin with “https” when you are in secure mode.

Neither you or us (or our subsidiaries) will be held responsible for any breaches or delays in the use or fulfillment of any, Services or the Website caused by force majeure, including any matter outside a parties reasonable control.

In situations of force majeure, all obligations under these Terms are suspended, provided that after 48 consecutive hours, you may cancel your Account by sending notice to our Customer Service. If terminated for any of the above reasons, you will no longer be able to access your Account.

We may in our absolute discretion amend these Terms at any time, which shall become effective by giving you notice.

Any provision of these Terms, which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, is, as to that jurisdiction, ineffective to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability without affecting the remaining provisions of these Terms or affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction. The parties will negotiate in good faith to replace any such provision with a provision which is valid and enforceable and consistent with the intention of these Terms, so far as is reasonably practicable.

These Terms form part of an ecommerce transaction and the parties agree that these Terms shall be accepted electronically and the agreement to these Terms is formed and validly entered into electronically.

The termination of these Terms does not affect the parties’ rights in respect of periods before the termination of these Terms.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligation arising therefrom are governed by the laws of Spain and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zaragoza, Spain.

Compañía Relojera Especializada Para Actividades Subacuáticas S.L. has the discretion to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of the PRIVACY POLICY, COOKIE POLICY and TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
